By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that all photos and videos captured or uploaded through SwiftX are considered business assets of SwiftX Express Inc.

SwiftX Express Inc. retains a full, perpetual, worldwide, and sublicensable right to use these materials for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:

Internal operations, audits, compliance, and risk management;

Employee and contractor training, support, and performance reviews;

Such content is not treated as personal data, and users do not retain ownership, control, or deletion rights over these materials unless required by applicable law.
